Anforderungen
- •EASA ATPL License required (valid or was valid within the last 7 years)
- •Additional experience with FAA, GCAA, GACA, CAAC and other aviation regulators and regulations
- •Previous experience as an Instructor or equivalent
- •Ability to focus and work in a fast paced 24/7 environment
- •Readiness to accept change and adjust accordingly
- •Concentrated customer/client orientation
- •Experience managing teams

Deine Aufgaben
- •Supervise and deliver flight training activities
- •Ensure safe and efficient ground and flight training
- •Maintain contact with Account Executives and Scheduling
- •Facilitate seamless delivery of training
- •Conduct quarterly Standards meetings for instructor standardization
- •Develop and monitor instructor training plans
- •Liaise with Technical Services and Fleet Chiefs for simulator data
- •Ensure simulators contain all required customer material
- •Develop annual client course training plan and schedules
- •Manage resources to meet training event requirements
- •Update instructor HR profiles with compensation changes
- •Create and nurture relationships with flight operations and training departments
