Anforderungen
- •5+ years in aircraft/turbine engine maintenance in a shop, hangar, or MRO environment
- •5+ years as a supervisor or lead technician
- •Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, documentation (AMM/CMM/IPC), and safety standards and quality
- •Proven ability to manage workflow, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- •Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- •Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems; Microsoft Office required; SAP is an advantage
- •English B2+ (German is a plus)
