Anforderungen
- •Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical field
- •10+ years of experience in MRO or production environments, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- •Strong operational knowledge of engine or aircraft maintenance (EASA Part-145)
- •Proven experience implementing Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- •Strategic thinking and hands-on leadership
- •Proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Office tools
- •Fluency in English (C1–C2); German is a strong advantage

- •Oversee PW1100G-JM disassembly and assembly operations
- •Manage Centres of Excellence (COEs) for backshop repairs
- •Achieve Turnaround Time (TAT) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets
- •Implement best practices to maximize efficiency
- •Streamline processes and reduce operational costs
- •Lead and develop a high-performing team
- •Foster a culture of Trust, Accountability, and Teamwork
- •Ensure compliance with SR Technics, OEM, and airworthiness standards
- •Promote a strong Safety and Quality Culture
- •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align processes
- •Support the expansion of New Engine capabilities
