Anforderungen
- •Completed vocational training in a technical/metal field (polymechanic, machine mechanic or equivalent)
- •3–5 years of relevant experience in the Aviation MRO industry
- •Holding EASA Part 145 authorisation to certify engines
- •Ability to work independently, precisely and responsibly, with strong safety and quality awareness
- •Open-minded team player with good communication skills
- •Willingness to work in two shifts and occasionally on weekends
- •Good knowledge of English medium; German is an advantage
- •Experience with MS Office and SAP

Deine Aufgaben
- •Perform technical inspections and measurements of engine assemblies, modules, and parts (PW1100G-JM) on schedule
- •Create and process repair orders for assemblies and individual parts, including engine modifications
- •Control and document modifications and configurations on parts and assemblies, adhering to regulations
- •Execute assigned work on time with self-checks and proper documentation of all activities
- •Apply Lean Six Sigma methods and perform internal audits, including 5S, and follow up on actions
- •Continuously improve processes with a focus on quality, safety, and on-time delivery
- •Handle tools, equipment, and resources in an environmentally conscious manner
