Anforderungen
- •University degree or equivalent professional experience
- •4–7+ years of professional experience
- •Strategic sourcing or category management experience
- •Logistics, fleet, or heavy equipment sourcing
- •Experience with RFQs, negotiations, and contracts
- •Experience sourcing vehicle fleets or assets
- •Understanding of maintenance and operational requirements
- •Exposure to TCO-driven decision-making
- •Exposure to road transport and logistics
- •Experience in operationally intensive environments
- •Understanding of transportation markets and pricing
- •Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
- •Comfort in international matrix organizations
- •Fluency in English, French, or German
- •Execution-oriented with strong operational mindset
- •Structured, pragmatic, and resilient personality
- •Motivation to deepen transportation expertise

- •Lead regional sourcing for airport ground equipment
- •Develop transport and warehouse sourcing strategies
- •Manage road transport and air freight services
- •Coordinate time-critical and airport-constrained logistics
- •Oversee specialized frozen and ambient warehouse solutions
- •Analyze transport spend and cost drivers
- •Identify savings and optimization opportunities
- •Execute strategic sourcing events and eAuctions
- •Negotiate diverse commercial and leasing models
- •Manage the full asset lifecycle and specifications
- •Optimize total cost of ownership and maintenance
- •Standardize equipment to reduce fleet complexity
- •Shape servicing and spare-parts strategies
- •Manage regional supplier and OEM relationships
- •Partner with internal engineering and finance teams
- •Ensure compliance with airport safety regulations
- •Act as the commercial interface for stakeholders
