Anforderungen
- •Commercial diploma or degree in business administration, preferably in purchasing/supply chain
- •5-7 years experience in sourcing, procurement, and contracting roles
- •Supplier relationship management and sourcing category strategy execution experience
- •Demonstrated history of integrity, respect, and compliance
- •Team player, open-minded, hands-on, action-oriented, and solution-focused
- •Adaptable mindset for transition and continuous improvement
- •Strong ability to prioritize and handle changing demands
- •Eagerness to learn and face new challenges

Deine Aufgaben
- •Plan and execute medium-complexity sourcing events
- •Coordinate procurement activities across indirect purchasing categories
- •Collaborate with stakeholders, including requestors and suppliers
- •Establish credibility and influence internal stakeholders
- •Analyze local and regional supply markets for optimization opportunities
- •Drive supplier performance monitoring and contract remediation
- •Conduct spend analysis and report cost savings
- •Negotiate commercial frameworks, pricing, KPIs, and SLAs
- •Validate and negotiate contract terms for compliance
- •Manage procurement processes within agreed parameters
- •Resolve complex procure-to-pay queries with stakeholders
- •Communicate procurement information with team members
- •Monitor supplier performance and report issues
- •Identify and finalize suitable sources of supply
- •Analyze market pricing trends and supplier feedback
- •Conduct contract analysis for re-sourcing priorities
- •Publish monthly and ad-hoc reports on procurement activities
- •Collaborate on special projects and continuous improvement
