Anforderungen
- •Minimum BS/BA degree, preferably MA or MBA
- •Strategic consulting background
- •Over 5 years in the Pharma industry, ideally in a regional/global environment or major consultancy
- •5+ years of experience in project management, operations, and/or people leadership
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- •Ability to communicate ideas and data verbally and in writing
- •Highly autonomous, self-directed, and collaborative
- •Proven ability to refine and improve organizational capabilities
- •Analytical skills, artificial intelligence (AI), business development, business strategies, change management, data analytics, decision tree (forecasting model), finance, go-to-market strategies, influencing skills, leadership, management consulting, people management, strategic planning

Deine Aufgaben
- •Provide high-level executive support to the IMA Head
- •Assist in day-to-day responsibilities and coordination of activities
- •Develop a clear understanding of IMA ambitions and priorities
- •Ensure alignment among key stakeholders for seamless execution
- •Collaborate with Finance partners to validate budget alignment
- •Facilitate communication as an ambassador for the IMA Head
- •Lead IMA leadership team meetings, including agenda and action planning
- •Drive governance by moderating meetings and tracking deliverables
- •Shape team priorities and align goal setting across teams
- •Manage critical decision-making bodies effectively
- •Prepare IMA content for internal and external meetings
- •Support change management and organizational development initiatives
- •Build and execute an internal communications plan aligned with IMA priorities
