Anforderungen
- •Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree
- •Extensive experience providing legal counsel in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- •Broad knowledge of legal issues in pharma/biotech sector
- •Familiarity with medical affairs activities and operations
- •Demonstrated people leadership in matrix organizations
- •Exceptional negotiation and conflict management abilities
- •Fluency in written and spoken English

- •Provide strategic legal leadership for Medical Affairs
- •Set clear guidelines for non-promotional activities

- •Monitor legal risks related to digital medical tools
- •Partner with Ethics and Compliance to manage risks
- •Contribute to audits and regulatory inquiries responses
- •Track industry trends and evolving laws
- •Translate changes into practical guidance and training
- •Report on key IMA matters to senior leaders
- •Foster collaboration with legal and business leaders
- •Participate in medical governance bodies
- •Lead initiatives to build departmental knowledge and capabilities
