- •Extensive experience providing legal counsel in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- •Comprehensive knowledge of legal issues in pharma/biotech sector
- •Demonstrated people leadership in managing and developing teams
- •Exceptional negotiation and conflict management abilities
- •Fluency in written and spoken English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead a team of lawyers providing strategic legal counsel
- •Oversee Therapeutic Area assets throughout Research, Development, and Commercialization
- •Advise on legal and risk management issues impacting business success
- •Manage legal issues in collaboration with Legal Centers of Excellence
- •Provide counsel on TA strategies, brand plans, and medical engagements
- •Advise on value and access matters and external partner management
- •Participate in business leadership meetings and governance boards
- •Identify and manage potential legal and compliance risks
- •Ensure compliance with government regulations and mandates
- •Contribute to investigations and support audit follow-ups
- •Draft and negotiate complex research, development, and commercial contracts
- •Support evaluation and due diligence for business development and M&A opportunities
- •Advise on legal issues for third-party relationships related to TA
- •Coordinate asset integration into International within TA scope
- •Review promotional materials and ensure timely legal compliance
- •Provide proactive legal counsel on promotional and investor relations content
- •Lead brand strategy alignment and claims management across markets
- •Drive innovation and contribute to strategies supporting TA goals
- •Lead the team through complex challenges and risk-taking
- •Promote collaboration and information exchange across legal functions
- •Attract and develop top legal talent through meaningful opportunities
