- •Ensure compliance with warehouse and safety guidelines
- •Develop personal expertise in warehouse organization
- •Train team members on goods handling and inventory control
- •Create efficient stockroom solutions for product launches
- •Collaborate with the store team for product availability
- •Support timely replenishment of the sales floor
- •Prepare products for sale by labeling and sorting
- •Work with Visual Merchandising on space updates
- •Maintain cleanliness in the stockroom and sales floor
- •Assist with seasonal store conversions
- •Manage shrinkage through proper storage
- •Run the stockroom according to Sephora Audit procedures
- •Execute regular inventory counts
