- •Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and employees
- •Record sick notes for your team
- •Induct new employees and organize training courses
- •Implement floor management
- •Act as a role model for the Sephora Attitude
- •Oversee recruitment and recruitment strategies
- •Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- •Analyze retail key figures and derive sales activities
- •Develop sales potential
- •Ensure visual merchandising standards are met
- •Maintain order and cleanliness on the sales floor
- •Create and communicate recaps and reports
- •Track and ensure corner profitability
- •Deliver excellent customer service and focus on the customer
- •Evaluate customer feedback to improve service
- •Surprise customers regularly
- •Create staff schedules
- •Coordinate daily staff deployment on the sales floor
- •Implement inventories for optimal goods availability
- •Manage goods from receipt to storage and returns
- •Prepare for the opening and closing of the corner
- •Report and track maintenance and merchandise issues
- •Ensure corner operates according to Sephora Audit rules
- •Participate in retail projects with Area Managers
- •Foster relationships with partners and landlords
- •Handle additional daily business tasks
