- •Provide active support and advice to customers in Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance
- •Embody the Sephora Attitude by being welcoming, knowledgeable, and effective in closing sales
- •Sell products using in-depth product knowledge and build customer relationships
- •Share knowledge about products, trends, and beauty news with customers
- •Continuously develop your own expertise in beauty products
- •Collaborate with the team to share expertise and insights
- •Deliver short and insightful services across all departments
- •Implement beauty classes for customer engagement
- •Manage the Beauty Hub and its responsibilities
- •Develop team looks to align with brands, trends, and animations
- •Ensure product presentation meets visual merchandising standards
- •Maintain assortment and merchandise effectively
- •Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale
- •Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
- •Handle warehousing and stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
- •Assist with the conversion and construction of merchandising updates
- •Conduct inventories as required
- •Operate the cash register
- •Perform additional tasks related to daily business operations
