Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields
- •6+ years in project management in semiconductor, industrial, or automotive product development
- •3+ years leading multi-site projects/programs
- •Proven delivery across full IC development cycle
- •Working knowledge in stage-gate developments and configuration/change management
- •IATF16949 and/or ISO 26262 certification
- •Business-fluent English; German is an advantage
- •IPMA Level C or similar certification
- •Advanced MS Project, JIRA, Microsoft 365
- •Ability to travel internationally as needed

- •Manage project change requests and assess their impact
- •Secure approvals from stakeholders and communicate decisions
- •Act as the primary point of contact within the organization
- •Ensure clear communication of project goals, plans, risks, and decisions
- •Align diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts
- •Demonstrate a proactive attitude and drive team commitment
- •Use data and engineering evidence to steer decisions
- •Anticipate risks and create resilient plans
- •Escalate effectively when project goals are threatened
- •Influence and develop new project management methodologies
