Experienced Engineer for Power Technology Development in Process Integration(m/w/x)

In this role, you will focus on advancing cutting-edge power semiconductor technologies, collaborating with engineers across multiple sites to ensure high performance and reliability. Your work will involve developing process modules and interfacing with foundry customers while meeting critical timelines.

Anforderungen

• •Master/PhD in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or relevant field
• •Minimum 5 years solid process integration experience
• •Knowledge of SPC and basic statistics
• •Basic data plotting and statistical analysis skills using software such as JMP
• •Detailed knowledge of FEOL or BEOL process integration
• •Basic understanding of semiconductor processes and tools
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• •Track record of delivering on deadlines
• •Highly driven and proactive
• •Basic understanding of German or willingness to learn
• •Experience with Fab transfer and fab process matching
• •Strong verbal communication skills
• •Ability to travel occasionally to Asia and/or USA
