• •Lead complex multi-site semiconductor IC development projects
• •Own project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk
• •Orchestrate cross-functional deliverables across Design, Test, Validation, Quality, and Operations
• •Ensure on-time execution and delivery readiness for customers
• •Drive comprehensive project planning with committed timelines and resource planning
• •Ensure effective project execution by driving task ownership
• •Prevent scope creep and manage deviations and risks
• •Escalate unresolved issues with clear problem statements and options
• •Proactively identify and manage risks and plan deviations
• •Drive mitigations and corrective actions to minimize impact
• •Manage project change requests and assess impact on scope, schedule, and cost
• •Secure approvals from stakeholders and communicate decisions
• •Act as the primary point of contact within the organization
• •Ensure clear communication of project goals, plans, risks, and decisions
• •Collaborate with product lines to translate roadmaps into executable project plans
