Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Production Engineering, Production Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- •Leadership experience of international/interdisciplinary teams
- •10+ years of relevant professional experience in Operations
- •Expertise in product and production costing, profitability analysis, and time studies
- •Proven success in implementing and leading cost optimization programs
- •Deep understanding of production parameters and cost drivers
- •Experience in global governance and standardization of production and cost evaluation approaches
- •Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with strategic thinking and execution strength
- •Excellent communication and facilitation skills across all hierarchical levels
- •High willingness to travel internationally (>50%)
- •Fluent in English; German skills are an advantage

- •Define and standardize global structures in Strategic Cost Management
- •Continuously optimize processes, tools, and methods across all Business Areas
- •Develop and implement an end-to-end Value & Cost Management approach
- •Support strategy development and roadmap planning for Strategic Value Management
- •Monitor and analyze market and technology trends for cost management enhancements
- •Design and improve key costing and evaluation processes
- •Develop a global evaluation and costing standard for production costs
- •Create automated GAP analysis and tracking mechanisms
- •Maintain a unified production cost/content library with target KPIs
- •Define calculation methodologies for production-related KPIs
- •Establish a single source of truth for production-related base data
- •Develop an operations catalogue for product cost calculation
- •Support strategic and operational projects in Cost Targeting and Cost Reduction
- •Identify cost reduction potentials and support target achievement
- •Collaborate with Central Business Controlling and Operations for evaluation harmonization
- •Conduct benchmarks and derive optimization measures for implementation
- •Develop a global footprint planning methodology with BAs and Operations
- •Lead international working groups and task forces across all levels
- •Ensure global governance of evaluation standards and operational KPIs
- •Align evaluation approaches with top management and coordinate global target KPIs
- •Develop and conduct global training programs on production and cost topics
- •Create internal and external publications and training materials
- •Support execution of global Lean Cost Audits and promote continuous improvement
- •Develop tools for cost tracking and analysis in production environments
- •Review production KPIs in cooperation with central Operations and BAs
- •Ensure transparent target setting at project and plant level
- •Contribute to the development of global operations strategies for competitiveness
