• •Define and standardize global structures in Strategic Value Management
• •Continuously optimize processes, tools, and methods across all Business Areas
• •Support strategy development and roadmap planning in Strategic Value Management
• •Monitor and analyze long-term trends in product cost and value management
• •Derive recommendations for improvement based on analysis
• •Develop a sustainable Product Costing strategy for the full product lifecycle
• •Design and harmonize core costing and evaluation processes across all BAs
• •Implement a global Product Costing Logic with automated GAP analysis
• •Integrate generic products into the costing logic using standardized approaches
• •Establish a single source of truth for key cost elements
• •Optimize costing processes during acquisition and quotation
• •Collaborate closely with SVM Systems & Standards
• •Develop and maintain a unified Product Cost Calculation framework
• •Implement standardized Make-or-Buy and Product Cost Benchmarking processes
• •Develop methodologies for rapid cost indication
• •Roll out the Design-to-Value methodology across all BAs
• •Develop and implement cost tracking tools for full cost transparency
• •Establish global governance for evaluation standards in Product Target Costing
• •Coordinate standardized product costing processes across the lifecycle
• •Lead international working groups on costing and evaluation topics
• •Develop and conduct training sessions for international Target Costing teams
• •Create publications to promote best practices
• •Conduct benchmarks to identify improvement opportunities
• •Develop tools for transparent cost tracking and target achievement
• •Support the definition of cost targets in strategic projects
• •Continuously analyze product cost structures for competitiveness
