- •Identify required parts using photos and damage descriptions
- •Collaborate closely with mechanics
- •Utilize OEM systems and parts catalogs from leading manufacturers
- •Create and manage work orders and purchase orders in the ERP system
- •Handle internal service tickets from workshop teams
- •Research and source aftermarket alternatives for used parts
- •Maintain and update item master data in the ERP system
- •Ensure smooth operations through close collaboration with workshop, technical, and purchasing teams
