Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in IT/Business or relevant experience
- •German speaker, other European languages is a plus
- •Advanced understanding of IT/Networking concepts
- •Experience in SaaS and hardware/software company
- •Strong ability to troubleshoot technical problems
- •Familiarity with hardware and software installation
- •Experience consulting to meet customer needs
- •Practice providing demonstrations and training
- •Experience managing a varied portfolio of projects
- •Proven ability to manage customer relationships
- •Adaptable to continual product or process changes
- •Ability to multitask with various job duties
- •Ability to communicate cross-functionally
- •Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- •Cisco Network and Microsoft Azure certifications preferable
- •Willingness to obtain Drone Pilot Certifications
- •Experience supporting law enforcement clients

- •Engage with clients to implement Trial and Evaluation programs.
- •Collaborate on RFP/RFI responses with internal teams.
- •Liaise with clients post-sale to develop project documentation.
- •Coordinate with internal functions and external vendors.
- •Travel to customer sites for deployment consultations.
- •Install, configure, and troubleshoot Axon products.
- •Test software solutions both on-prem and in the cloud.
- •Provide technical training and demonstrations on Axon solutions.
- •Customize and localize training materials for clients.
- •Act as the main contact during deployment and hyper-care.
- •Validate product updates and monitor release notes.
- •Ensure compliance with local laws and data protection regulations.
- •Advocate for customer needs by submitting software bugs.
- •Self-manage tasks while escalating issues when necessary.
- •Communicate professionally with various internal teams.
- •Share product and process knowledge with peers and partners.
- •Collaborate to keep everyone updated on project status.
- •Develop a smooth product deployment experience for customers.
