Anforderungen

  • Bachelor degree in IT/Business or relevant experience
  • German speaker, other European languages is a plus
  • Advanced understanding of IT/Networking concepts
  • Experience in SaaS and hardware/software company
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot technical problems
  • Familiarity with hardware and software installation
  • Experience consulting to meet customer needs
  • Practice providing demonstrations and training
  • Experience managing varied implementation projects
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships
  • Adaptable to product or process changes
  • Ability to multitask with various duties
  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally
  • Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Cisco Network and Microsoft Azure certifications preferable
  • Willingness to obtain Drone Pilot Certifications
  • Experience supporting law enforcement clients

Deine Aufgaben

  • Engage with clients to implement Trial and Evaluation programs.
  • Collaborate on RFP/RFI responses internally.
  • Liaise with clients post-sale for project documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal functions and external vendors.
  • Travel to customer sites for deployment consultations.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Axon products.
  • Test hardware and software solutions remotely or on-site.
  • Provide technical training and demonstrations to customers.
  • Customize and localize training materials for clients.
  • Act as the main contact during deployment and hyper-care.
  • Validate product updates for a successful customer experience.
  • Monitor release notes for new product updates.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and data protection regulations.
  • Advocate for industry best practices during implementation.
  • Submit software bugs and feature requests to product teams.
  • Self-manage tasks while escalating issues when necessary.
  • Communicate professionally with various internal teams.
  • Collaborate with peers and channel partners for knowledge sharing.
  • Keep teams updated on customer requirements and project status.
  • Develop a smooth product deployment experience for customers.
