Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Programming, or related accreditation
- •7+ years in a client-facing technical role
- •5+ years experience in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, financial services, banking, payments, and trading
- •Prior experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales capacities
- •Proven ability to lead and manage client engagements and projects
- •Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts on RFIs, RFPs, and technical proposals
- •Demonstrated understanding of technical subjects including web services, PaaS, SaaS, APIs, and SDKs
- •Development experience with Javascript, Typescript, Python, and other web-based technologies
- •Exceptional professionalism highly regarded by clients and colleagues
- •Clear and effective verbal and written communication
- •Strong ability to self-manage and exercise professional judgment

- •Lead technical and product demos during pre and post sales cycles
- •Drive technical workshops and solution architecture discussions
- •Provide implementation guidance and presentations to executive sponsors
- •Manage ongoing client relationships by understanding their business needs
- •Assess customer technical architecture and support requirements
- •Collaborate with executive directors, product management, and engineering teams
- •Contribute to the development of new product features
- •Act as a client advocate by providing feedback to internal teams
