  • Extensive professional experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Proven executive relationship skills with C-suite influence
  • B2B enterprise SaaS experience with multi-stakeholder cycles
  • Track record in account management, solution sales, and value-based methodologies
  • Deep SAP/domain expertise and understanding of AI and innovation trends
  • Strategic thinking, business acumen, relationship building, client advocacy
  • Fluency in German and English

  • Collaborate with customer success teams to monitor outcomes
  • Secure references and manage escalations
  • Drive renewals and expansion efforts
  • Foster long-term relationships with C-suite and Buying Center
  • Lead quarterly business reviews focused on adoption and innovation
  • Own strategic partner relationships for co-innovation
  • Align with Sales, Product, and Marketing for tailored GTM approaches
