- •B2B enterprise experience with multi-stakeholder SaaS cycles
- •Proven experience in account management, solution sales, or customer success roles
- •Strong understanding of solution sales, customer value realization, and account planning methodologies
- •Deep SAP and domain expertise with strong understanding of AI and innovation trends
- •Ability to map value levers and tell a quantified ROI storytelling

- •Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned accounts
- •Provide domain expertise to address high-priority business challenges
- •Lead end-to-end process mapping and customer value journey
- •Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
- •Drive go-to-market strategies for new products and validate solutions
- •Lead AI and innovation initiatives, including scalable PoCs
- •Support solution advisors in ensuring demo system readiness
- •Manage enablement programs and collaborate on updated assets
- •Create compelling narratives articulating ROI and competitive advantages
- •Conduct strategic discovery and deliver persuasive pitches
- •Navigate complex pricing and contractual discussions
- •Support Customer Success Management communities and manage escalations
- •Own deal cycles, renewals, and executive engagement for LoB
- •Drive C-suite engagements and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
- •Maintain relationships with strategic consulting partners
- •Align with Sales, Product, and Marketing for integrated go-to-market strategies
- •Stay updated on emerging technologies and competitive trends
