Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- •Experience in Solution Advisory, CX, or customer-facing roles
- •Openness to new technologies and willingness to learn
- •Fast understanding of customer needs and research skills
- •Solution-oriented mindset with customer focus
- •Excellent presentation and communication skills
- •Resilience and adaptability in complex situations
- •Expert knowledge in end-to-end processes, especially Lead-To-Cash
- •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- •Team player with empathy towards customers and colleagues
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Industry knowledge in key sectors: Retail, Wholesale, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Automotive, Utilities
- •Ideally, SAP knowledge of S/4 and SAP CX
- •Knowledge of AI and self-learning mindset

Deine Aufgaben
- •Drive effective product presentations and demonstrations
- •Lead discussions and workshops with customers
- •Explain and demonstrate solutions during sales cycles
- •Create content to inspire customers
- •Build and strengthen links with SAP's global and local structure
- •Support the adoption and expansion of SAP solutions
- •Expand the installed SAP base and capture new clients
- •Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues
- •Continuously learn new technologies and processes
- •Travel around Germany and MEE for business opportunities
