Anforderungen

  • •Experience in large software/IT organizations with emphasis on CX
  • •Several years of experience in Solution Advisory within the CX portfolio
  • •Solid understanding of cloud (SaaS), integrations, and data privacy
  • •Working knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, and SaaS/PaaS models
  • •Recognized CX subject-matter expertise with value-based presales/customer engagements
  • •Ability to craft compelling, persona-based stories and pragmatic roadmaps
  • •Passionate, energetic customer presence with excellent presentation skills
  • •Fluency in German and English; other languages are an advantage

  • •Act as a thought leader in customer experience
  • •Refine account strategy and shape competitive differentiation
  • •Conduct dry runs and localize scenarios for engaging presentations
  • •Define architecture and integration assumptions for projects
  • •Engage post-sale to track and expand use cases
  • •Drive renewals and customer satisfaction
  • •Leverage digital assets tailored to CX personas
