ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant(m/w/x)

In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform, working closely with teams to design technical solutions, integrate systems, and guide fellow consultants in their development efforts.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in IT engineering
• •Minimum 3 years’ experience on ServiceNow
• •3 years’ experience in consulting external customers
• •Mastering of relational DB model and related technologies
• •Mastering Event-driven and Object-Oriented programming
• •Mastering web technologies like JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Jelly
• •AJAX experience
• •Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and Unix shell
• •Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and SSO technologies
• •Experience with legacy systems, batch files, web services (SOAP and REST)
• •Working knowledge of networks, the Internet, modern protocols and email, SMTP, POP3
• •ITIL knowledge is a plus
• •Strong personal commitment to quality service
• •Experience dealing with technical end-users in a service-oriented role
• •Highly focused on customer satisfaction
• •Ability to switch between multiple tasks/projects/contexts
• •Curious and self-learner
• •Ability to assume leadership and work without direct supervision
• •Strong interpersonal communication skills and problem-solving with customers
• •Capacity to travel
• •Fluent in German and English, another European language would be an asset
