Anforderungen
- •Experience documenting enterprise software (e.g., ERP, SaaS, middleware, integrations) and exposure to EDI, supply chain, or integration topics
- •Proven track record in structured, persona-based documentation for complex products
- •Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- •Information architecture skills, including auditing, re-structuring, and standardizing large doc sets
- •Strong interviewing skills with SMEs and engagement with stakeholders
- •Strong learning agility and curiosity
- •Excellent German (native or near-native preferred) and strong English

- •Create clear, accurate guides and reference documents
- •Audit and refresh existing documentation
- •Align documentation with merged product lines and current terminology
- •Work iteratively to enrich core content as features mature
- •Partner with Product Managers to gather inputs and feedback
- •Coordinate with Engineering, Academy, and Sales teams
- •Channel user and field team input to enhance documentation clarity
- •Decide content placement between Docs, Academy, and Community
- •Contribute to glossary, terminology, and style guidelines
- •Ensure consistency across German and English documentation
- •Produce enablement materials like diagrams and release notes
- •Translate feature inputs into user-friendly documentation
