Anforderungen

•Experience documenting enterprise software (e.g., ERP, SaaS, middleware, integrations) and exposure to EDI, supply chain, or integration topics
•Proven track record in structured, persona-based documentation for complex products
•Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
•Information architecture skills, including auditing, re-structuring, and standardizing large doc sets
•Strong interviewing skills with SMEs and engagement with stakeholders
•Strong learning agility and curiosity
•Excellent German (native or near-native preferred) and strong English

•Create clear, accurate guides and reference documents
•Audit and refresh existing documentation
•Align documentation with merged product lines and current terminology
•Work iteratively to enrich core content as features mature
•Partner with Product Managers to gather inputs and feedback
•Coordinate with Engineering, Academy, and Sales teams
•Channel user and field team input to enhance documentation clarity
•Decide content placement between Docs, Academy, and Community
•Contribute to glossary, terminology, and style guidelines
•Ensure consistency across German and English documentation
•Produce enablement materials like diagrams and release notes
•Translate feature inputs into user-friendly documentation
