Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in commercial or technical study
- •Minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable support role
- •Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office suite, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, SAP
- •Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- •Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- •Ability to respectfully communicate with senior leadership
- •Flexibility to work in different timezones and with international teams

- •Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders
- •Facilitate effective communication and information flow
- •Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
- •Review, complete, and upload documents into the management system
- •Drive the approval process for document accuracy and compliance
- •Support and coordinate various business projects
- •Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- •Collaborate with departments to gather information and resources
- •Identify opportunities for process improvements
- •Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- •Coordinate meetings, including logistics and technical equipment
- •Organize visits and assist visitors
- •Manage travel arrangements for the engineering team
- •Support SAP systems focusing on CAPAs and Change Control
- •Implement and manage actions and changes in SAP
- •Train stakeholders and generate reports for efficiency
- •Facilitate knowledge management and version control
- •Manage the onboarding process for new team members
