Anforderungen
- •Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, engineering, or a related field
- •At least 5 years of professional experience in a production environment and in the field of LEAN, including familiarity with all common LEAN tools
- •At least 3 years of leadership experience
- •Six Sigma qualification, at least Green Belt level
- •Proficiency in MS Office applications
- •Excellent communication skills in both English and German
- •Strong coordination and organizational skills
- •Methodical and structured approach, resilience, and team orientation

- •Create and implement new LEAN Management concepts
- •Drive the LEAN philosophy with a goal-oriented approach
- •Develop and mentor employees in the LEAN department
- •Conduct process analyses and collect relevant data
- •Evaluate key performance indicators for process improvement
- •Develop tools and templates for optimizing workflows
- •Collaborate with departments to improve work processes
- •Consult on process optimization and support implementation
- •Lead and coordinate the Employee Suggestion System
- •Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions
- •Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits
