Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in a related field
- •Several years of professional experience in production environment
- •Master's degree is a plus
- •Profound experience in Operational Excellence
- •Proven success in implementing Operational Excellence initiatives
- •Advanced experience in project management
- •Lean & Six Sigma Projects experience
- •TPM deployment experience
- •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification recommended
- •Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint
- •Experience in using mini-tab tools
- •Willingness to travel approximately 5% of the time
- •Effective written and verbal communication skills
- •Ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
- •Fluency in written and spoken English and German

Deine Aufgaben
- •Develop and implement the Global Operational Excellence Strategy
- •Identify and execute process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma
- •Lead training programs to enhance operational excellence capabilities
- •Promote the adoption of new technologies and best practices
- •Lead cross-functional teams in improvement project execution
- •Contribute to the development of the Business Operating System
- •Monitor and optimize key performance indicators for critical initiatives
- •Collaborate with regional and global colleagues to drive operational standards
- •Define and execute the roadmap to excellence and continuous improvement activities
