Anforderungen

•Commercial training or comparable qualification with a focus on Human Resources
•At least five years of professional experience in in-house recruiting or comparable Talent Acquisition role
•Strong expertise in aptitude assessment and evaluating personality, competency, and potential profiles
•Pronounced consulting skills and professional presence with executives and candidates
•Very strong command of ATS solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and recruiting platforms
•Business-fluent German and English skills, good working knowledge of French
•Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
•High quality standards, strong sense of ownership, and enthusiasm for developing recruiting practices
