Senior Specialist International Client Success - Partner Marketing & Retail Media(m/w/x)

In this role, you will focus on enhancing international Client Success by defining processes, managing KPIs, and facilitating training. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations and drive revenue growth.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in business administration, retail, digital marketing, data analytics, or comparable field
• •Experience in global multi-market Client Success, Account Management, Digital Consultancy, or similar roles in Retail, Commerce Media, or AdTech
• •Strong understanding of retail media and digital media products and campaign delivery processes
• •Excellent analytical skills and confident handling of KPI frameworks, performance analyses, benchmarks, and ROI evaluations
• •Experience in reporting, dashboarding, and insight generation; very good Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools
• •Solid knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Customer Success platforms and structured Client Success processes
• •Ability to translate complex technical or data-driven topics into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; confident working across countries and cultures
• •Fluent written and spoken English; very good to excellent German; additional Southern European or Benelux language skills are a plus
