Anforderungen

  • Degree in business administration, retail, digital marketing, data analytics, or comparable field
  • Experience in global multi-market Client Success, Account Management, Digital Consultancy, or similar roles in Retail, Commerce Media, or AdTech
  • Strong understanding of retail media and digital media products and campaign delivery processes
  • Excellent analytical skills and confident handling of KPI frameworks, performance analyses, benchmarks, and ROI evaluations
  • Experience in reporting, dashboarding, and insight generation; very good Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools
  • Solid knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Customer Success platforms and structured Client Success processes
  • Ability to translate complex technical or data-driven topics into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; confident working across countries and cultures
  • Fluent written and spoken English; very good to excellent German; additional Southern European or Benelux language skills are a plus

  • Define and standardize international Client Success processes
  • Continuously improve service levels and operating models
  • Establish onboarding standards and success criteria for partners
  • Align cross-border operations and facilitate knowledge transfer
  • Provide training and share best practices
  • Own Client Success KPIs and centralized performance reporting
  • Handle post-sales escalations and support complex campaign delivery
  • Enable upselling and cross-selling through structured insights
  • Manage central stakeholder relationships across various teams
  • Collect and prioritize feedback, managing CRM processes
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the Post-Sales organization
