- •Support the Global Internal Controls Framework maintenance and improvement
- •Coordinate communication within the ICS community
- •Organize monthly meetings and conferences
- •Conduct Internal Controls Testing for HQ functions
- •Assist market teams with their testing activities
- •Ensure quality standards in Internal Controls Testing documentation
- •Coordinate scoping of entities and controls for testing completeness
- •Drive validation of action plan closures from failed testing results
- •Develop and update training materials for the ICS community
- •Administer TeamMate+, managing users and system tasks
- •Assist in building Power BI dashboards for digitalization
- •Work on continuous monitoring use cases and automation projects
- •Expand knowledge of business processes and systems through training
- •Identify improvements for Internal Controls processes and tools
- •Share best practices across the organization
- •Support company-wide projects from a risk and control perspective
