Deine Aufgaben
- •Improve the internal controls framework at the Market/Cluster level
- •Identify governance and efficiency gaps in Market Europe
- •Ensure compliance with established processes and drive continuous improvement
- •Protect company assets while ensuring operational effectiveness and reliability of reporting
- •Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness of business processes
- •Collaborate with management throughout the risk management lifecycle
- •Participate in local Supervisory Board meetings as an independent second line of defense
- •Raise awareness of the Global Policy Manual and address recommended policy changes
- •Enable local and cross-border functions to implement controls and policies effectively
- •Coordinate and execute all ICS relevant processes, including testing and self-assessment training
- •Communicate major control deficiencies to relevant stakeholders promptly
- •Assist and support Market/Cluster teams in Corporate Governance aspects
- •Review, improve, and harmonize processes with Market/Cluster teams
- •Monitor the implementation of necessary risk mitigation measures
- •Conduct risk-oriented analysis based on root cause analysis and relevant information
- •Trigger decision processes regarding identified risks and mitigation measures
- •Develop relationships with stakeholders to share best practices across functions and markets
- •Support continuous improvements for effective governance within the company
