In this role, you will shape internal communication strategies that drive transformation and align with business goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with leadership, creating engaging content, and evaluating communication effectiveness to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.

• •Several years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications, ideally in an international environment
• •Strategic mindset and excellent storytelling and writing skills in English (German a plus)
• •Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear, inspiring messages
• •Experience in advising senior leaders and managing stakeholders at all levels
• •Comfortable leading both strategy and execution, from concept to delivery
