Anforderungen
- •Scientific background and hands-on experience in an animal laboratory
- •Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific field
- •Research experience in laboratory animal work, pharmacology/toxicology, or scientific internship
- •MBA or Business-Operations experience (advantageous)
- •Strong administrative and task-oriented mindset
- •Experience in clinical or nonclinical study management (plus)
- •Experience working in nonclinical contract research organization (plus)
- •Experience with SAP (advantageous)
- •Well-suited for academic researchers transitioning into scientific study management
- •Strong affinity for operations, structured processes, and task-driven work
- •Ability to influence stakeholders and support compliant processes
- •Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- •High proficiency with digital tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- •German proficiency: C1 or native level
- •Warm, service-oriented mindset and enjoyment of supporting team operations
- •Experience in administration, coordination, procurement support, or project assistance (beneficial)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage operational flow from contract sourcing to PO creation in SAP
- •Maintain complete and accurate documentation
- •Support day-to-day coordination of external nonclinical studies
- •Consolidate study information and keep timelines updated
- •Organize and coordinate global meetings with vendors
- •Reduce administrative workload for study monitors and functional leads
- •Collect vendor service proposals and prepare budget comparisons
- •Support contract routing and version tracking
- •Communicate with external vendors, including in German when needed
- •Consolidate vendor qualification information in SharePoint
- •Create and maintain external vendor accounts in SAP
- •Support third-party risk management activities
- •Use Microsoft SharePoint, MS-Excel, and Power BI to improve workflow efficiency
- •Contribute to process improvements in documentation and communication
- •Schedule global meetings and document action items
- •Track study milestones and follow-up activities
- •Maintain internal trackers and ensure organized communication across teams
