Anforderungen

•University degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or related field
•Proven track record of product initiatives in the AI space
•Experience with user experience design and end user application of AI
•Proficiency in product and project management
•Ability to work in a cross-functional, cross-location, and multi-skilled team
•Basic understanding of Endpoint Management, Remote Connectivity, and DEX solutions
•Deep knowledge of current AI, LLM, and Machine Learning technology
•Customer centricity and experience in working with customers and partners in software development
•Understanding of data management concepts and lifecycle
•Fundamental knowledge of Data Science and analytics
•Experience with agile software development methodologies
•Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong collaboration skills
•Fluency in English; German is a plus

•Shape the company's AI-driven future
•Collaborate with Product Managers and Owners
•Drive strategic initiatives across the organization
•Manage the full product lifecycle from analysis to execution
•Support backlog execution and testing
•Make release decisions and gather customer requirements
•Understand users, customers, markets, and competitors
•Identify opportunities for AI and data-driven solutions
•Communicate product requirements for TeamViewer AI
•Create and manage the product backlog
•Generate ideas for new features and use cases
•Specify use cases and requirements
•Support product delivery and launches
•Monitor product success and implement improvements
•Engage with stakeholders from R&D, Marketing, and Sales
•Translate AI trends into Endpoint Management needs
•Deliver context-aware recommendations for IT admins
•Automate End-Point Management and Digital Employee Experience
•Apply generative AI for session recording and recommendations
•Update self-help knowledge base for faster issue resolution
