Anforderungen

•University Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business or related field
•Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
•Proven track record of leading strategic product initiatives in AI
•Experience with user experience design and end user application of AI
•Expert level in product and project management
•Ability to work in a senior leadership team
•Good understanding of Endpoint Management, Remote Connectivity and DEX solutions
•Deep knowledge of current AI, LLM and Machine Learning technology
•Customer centricity and experience in working with customers and partners
•Very good understanding of data management concepts and lifecycle
•Fundamental knowledge of Data Science and analytics
•Experience with agile software development methodologies
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Fluency in English; German is a plus

•Create and own the AI product strategy
•Build and execute a long-term roadmap
•Drive the creation of business cases
•Align marketing and commercial strategies for AI
•Formulate and communicate product requirements for TeamViewer AI
•Direct the product backlog and generate ideas for new features
•Conduct in-depth discovery work with strategic customers
•Develop a data-driven approach to measure and adapt product strategy
•Specify use cases and requirements for product delivery
•Support product launches and monitor success
•Translate insights into product improvements
•Collaborate with stakeholders from R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development
•Translate industry AI trends into Endpoint Management needs
•Deliver context-aware recommendations and insights for IT admins and end users
•Automate Endpoint Management and Digital Employee Experience
•Apply generative AI to record sessions and generate recommendations
•Continuously update a self-help knowledge base
•Drive faster issue resolution to enhance employee experience
