•Increase the number and quality of customer advocates
•Develop customer stories and reviews
•Organize in-person engagements like customer events and executive meetings
•Lead the implementation of the TeamViewer Voices advocacy platform
•Collaborate with stakeholders across Digital Delivery, CX, Sales, and Field Marketing
•Align the Customer Advisory Board program with strategic customer engagement initiatives
•Partner with the CX team for third-party review participation on platforms like Gartner Peer Insights, Trustpilot, and G2
•Embed customer proof points into campaign content and sales materials
•Track and analyze program performance against defined KPIs
•Collaborate with regional marketing teams to share best practices and align messaging
•Gather customer insights through surveys and interviews to inform strategy
