Anforderungen
- •Proven track record of ownership and process improvement in HR operations
- •Passion for operational excellence, employee experience, data cleanliness, and HR compliance
- •Extensive knowledge of German Employment Law; international knowledge is a nice-to-have
- •Experience in managing contracts, visa processes, and global employment matters
- •Comfortable working with external vendors and internal teams across various departments
- •Strong affinity for data and strong working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
- •Organised and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- •Proficient in HRIS systems and maintaining HR records accurately
- •Effective communicator able to collaborate across multiple levels of the organisation
- •Adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality service
- •Fluency in English and German, both verbal and written
