Anforderungen
- •5+ years of experience in People / HR Operations or related HR role
- •Strong data affinity and confidence with HR KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- •Deep expertise in Personio, ideally also Leapsome
- •Proven track record in designing and scaling efficient People processes
- •Strong project management skills and understanding of HR compliance and data protection
- •Fluency in English and minimum C1 level German
