Anforderungen
- •Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- •Proficiency in English required
- •Demonstrated professional experience as an IP paralegal or equivalent
- •Extensive experience in providing complex patent litigation support
- •Ability to work autonomously in preparation of draft schedules

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support IP Counsels with expertise in intellectual property
- •Implement and apply IP policies and guidelines
- •Provide non-legal advice to business colleagues
- •Collaborate with project leads to meet business goals
- •Support in-house patent litigation counsel in case preparation
- •Maintain knowledge of current litigation rules
- •Update Anaqua daily
- •Communicate effectively with colleagues and agents
- •Participate in litigation group and cross-divisional meetings
- •Support the Patent Support team with invoicing and data input
- •Lead the development of procedures and processes
- •Recommend improvements for efficiency in procedures
- •Drive projects related to litigation processes and operations
- •Assist in patent ownership and licensing structure matters
- •Manage information flow for patent litigation
- •Utilize litigation databases for document management
- •Draft memoranda for litigation meetings with local counsel
- •Manage the IP Litigation budget process
- •Prepare litigation budget forecasts with attorneys and BPA
- •Liaise with eBilling coordinator for litigation matters
- •Supervise junior litigation paralegals and coordinators
- •Provide guidance on litigation database management
