- •Support IP Counsels with expertise in intellectual property
- •Implement and apply IP policies and guidelines
- •Provide non-legal advice to business colleagues
- •Collaborate with project leads to meet business goals
- •Support in-house patent litigation counsel in case preparation
- •Maintain knowledge of latest litigation rules and practices
- •Monitor and update Anaqua daily
- •Communicate effectively with colleagues and external associates
- •Participate in litigation group and cross-divisional meetings
- •Lead development of procedures and processes
- •Recommend improvements for efficiency in procedures
- •Drive projects related to litigation processes and operations
- •Support counsel on patent ownership and licensing matters
- •Manage information flow for patent litigation matters
- •Utilize litigation database for document management
- •Draft memoranda for litigation meetings with local counsel
- •Manage the IP Litigation budget process
- •Prepare and deliver litigation budget forecasts
- •Liaise with internal and external attorneys for budget reviews
- •Oversee project life cycle and eBilling coordination
- •Supervise junior litigation paralegals and team coordinators
- •Provide guidance on litigation database management
