Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree
- •5 years of experience in compliance officer role or related function covering U.S. and non-U.S. export/import and sanctions matters
- •Experience managing anticorruption compliance
- •Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- •Highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- •Calm, confident, and composed under pressure
- •Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative approach

- •Partner with the business to integrate trade and anticorruption requirements
- •Provide strategic guidance on export/import and sanctions regulations
- •Develop and implement clear compliance policies
- •Respond to compliance-related issues as they arise
- •Conduct risk assessments and support audits
- •Review and approve employee compliance requests
- •Supervise one team member
- •Support Local Compliance Officers
- •Lead employee training on compliance policies
- •Contribute to audits and risk assessments
- •Design internal controls to enhance compliance effectiveness
- •Maintain relationships with the U.S. corporate office on compliance programs
- •Oversee the company’s trade compliance program
- •Manage compliance for sales representatives and consultants
- •Represent compliance positions with internal teams and external partners
- •Advise leadership on compliance with laws and regulations
- •Lead internal audits and control assessments
- •Collaborate with counsel on noncompliance issues
- •Create and manage action plans for audit findings
- •Design and deliver compliance training programs
- •Address compliance-related questions and concerns
