Anforderungen
- •Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree
- •Prior Bachelor’s degree
- •Extensive experience providing legal counsel in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- •Broad knowledge of legal issues in pharma/biotech sector
- •Familiarity with medical affairs activities and operations
- •Demonstrated people leadership in matrix organizations
- •Exceptional negotiation and conflict management abilities
- •Fluency in written and spoken English
- •Knowledge in Administrative Law, Compliance Risk, Litigation Law, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Provide strategic legal leadership for Medical Affairs
- •Set guardrails for non-promotional activities
- •Advise on medical governance and design international standards
- •Define boundaries between non-promotional and promotional conduct
- •Enhance SOPs for Medical/Legal/Regulatory review
- •Oversee legal review of medical materials for compliance
- •Support frameworks for HCP engagements and advisory activities
- •Advise on speaker training and medical education
- •Drive innovation in Medical and International objectives
- •Monitor legal risks related to AI-assisted content
- •Partner with Ethics, Risk, and Compliance to manage compliance risks
- •Contribute to audits and regulatory inquiries
- •Track industry trends and evolving laws
- •Translate changes into practical guidance and training
- •Report on key IMA matters to senior leaders
- •Foster collaboration with legal and business leaders
- •Participate in medical governance bodies
- •Lead initiatives to build departmental knowledge and capabilities
