Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
•2–5 years of experience in partner management, sales, business development, or project management within the EV charging industry
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
•Proven track record of building and managing complex partnerships
•Strong negotiation and influencing skills
•Ability to convey technical concepts and business value to diverse audiences
•Strong project management and organizational skills

Deine Aufgaben

•Manage partner relationships with Charge Point Operators in DACH and Northern Europe
•Drive commercial and quality improvements aligned with MSP strategy
•Negotiate and maintain contractual agreements, including framework and cooperation contracts
•Lead network expansion by onboarding new partners and entering new markets
•Monitor and optimize performance using KPIs and data insights
•Develop market strategies, including competitive analysis and strategic positioning
•Collaborate with product, operations, customer care, and marketing to enhance user experience
•Contribute to strategic planning within the MSP department
