Anforderungen

•Proven success in setting up and scaling refurbished business
•Deep understanding of refurb value chain, economics & KPIs
•Hands-on experience with reverse logistics, grading, quality & diagnostic flows
•Partner/vendor management, SLAs, hybrid operation models
•Experience with trade-in / buy-back sourcing and pricing mechanisms
•Knowledge of compliance & data erasure standards (GDPR, WEEE)
•Familiarity with required tools & systems (WMS/OMS, diagnostics, serialization)
•Experience with tooling/tech stacks: WMS/OMS, diagnostic tools, serialization/IMEI, tracking
•Ability to translate strategy into executable operating models, processes & pilot plans
•Proven success in international venture building / omnichannel refurbished platform business
•Extensive retail experience
•Deep commercial understanding and proven experience in P&L responsibility
•Tech savvy, strong innovation acumen
