Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
- •Significant experience in IT in a multi-site leadership role
- •Strong project management skills
- •In-depth knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance requirements
- •Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- •Experience in an omnichannel retail environment
- •Business fluency in German and English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Develop and implement the IT operational plan for the cluster
- •Manage the cluster’s IT operational and capital budgets
- •Act as the primary technology consultant for regional and MSD Board members
- •Oversee the entire IT infrastructure lifecycle in stores
- •Serve as the highest point of technical escalation for complex issues
- •Coordinate with central IT, business departments, and external partners
- •Implement and enforce corporate IT security policies
- •Ensure compliance with legal and industry regulations, including GDPR and PCI-DSS
- •Maintain high availability and performance of critical in-store technologies
- •Promote a proactive and customer-centric service culture within the IT team
- •Lead the design and creation of a unified IT team across all MSD subsidiaries
