•Own the delivery and capacity framework for MediaMarktSaturn Technology
•Build a high-performing delivery organization that ships reliably at scale
•Design and implement a unified delivery and capacity model
•Integrate the model with the global prioritization process
•Create real-time dashboards for capacity and delivery transparency
•Establish KPIs with clear early-warning signals
•Drive a continuous improvement cycle with Agile Coaches
•Develop standards, playbooks, and measurable improvements
•Set up tech governance for large, cross-functional programs
•Ensure major rollouts have the right delivery capabilities from day one
•Act as the delivery lead for large-scale programs
•Collaborate with global program managers on overall outcomes
•Lead and develop the Delivery Management team
•Report directly to the VP of Tech Strategy & Operational Excellence
•Shape and evolve the Tech 'Way of Working' in a scaled agile setup
•Enhance predictability, commitment, and delivery confidence
